Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch excavator cutout — a chunky, cartoon-style tracked digger with a raised boom arm, bucket, and cab window detail. It works well as a craft base for construction-themed projects at a range of scales. Folks use these for nursery wall art and baby shower table arrangements, where the bold silhouette reads clearly at a distance. We've also seen them turn into birthday party decorations, construction-themed classroom displays, door hangers, and painted accent pieces for kids' room signs. The open cab window and track-wheel cutouts give the shape character without adding fiddly detail. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Made from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 3" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
