Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Every item is made to order specifically for you, so all sales are final — we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll never be asked to pay return shipping for a mistake on our end.
