This is an unfinished baltic birch spider cutout — top-down silhouette with eight legs, a solid oval body, and open negative space between the leg segments. It works as a Halloween craft base or a year-round insect and nature accent. Folks use these for Halloween door hangers, spooky-season wreath accents, and haunted-house wall displays. We've also seen them turn into party favor tags, tiered tray accents for October decorating, and painted wall art for anyone who keeps tarantulas. There's real detail work in this one — seven separate cuts and 54 acute vertices give the legs their character, and results get cleaner as the size goes up. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
