This is an unfinished baltic birch soccer ball cutout — the classic hexagonal and pentagonal panel pattern cut clean through the wood, leaving the characteristic ball grid in place. It works as a craft base for soccer-themed projects at almost any scale. Folks use these for sports-themed wall art, youth soccer party decorations, and gift-making for players and coaches. We've also seen them turn into door hangers, locker decorations, sports room accents, and sign components for team celebrations or end-of-season events. The open panel cuts give this one some character — there are ten separate cuts in the pattern, which is part of what makes it look so much like the real thing. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop and ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
