This is an unfinished baltic birch primitive heart cutout — elongated, with rounded lobes at the top and a long, tapering point at the base. The proportions give it a folk-art quality that reads differently than a standard symmetrical heart, and that vertical stretch makes it a natural fit for door hangers, pendant blanks, and narrow sign accents where a conventional heart would feel squat. Folks use these for Valentine's Day door decor, wedding favor tags, wreath focal pieces, and tiered tray arrangements. We've also seen them turn into pendant blanks, scrapbook embellishments, and garland pieces strung with ribbon or twine. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop — ready for paint, stain, wood-burning, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
