This is an unfinished baltic birch puffin cutout — the chunky-billed seabird rendered as a clean solid silhouette, ready for paint, stain, or leaving it natural. Puffins show up in coastal and nautical-themed decor pretty regularly, and this one works at a range of scales. Folks use these for wreath accents, door hangers, and coastal wall art. We've also seen them turn into painted signs, tiered tray accents, and summer or beach-themed decor displays. The shape is solid through the body, with webbed feet and a hint of wing detail at the tail — character that reads well once painted.
