This is an unfinished baltic birch heart cutout with a paw print cut through the upper face — ready for paint, stain, or leaving the wood natural. The open paw print lets paint or stain show through from behind, which gives finished pieces a layered look when mounted over a contrasting color or backing. Folks use these for pet memorial pieces, dog mom and cat mom signs, door hangers, wreath accents, and Valentine's Day or everyday home decor. We've also seen them turn into gift tags for pet lovers, tiered tray accents, and wall art for animal-themed rooms. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
