This is an unfinished baltic birch party hat cutout — a cone silhouette with a starburst tip, ready for paint, stain, or leaving it natural. It works as a craft base for birthday displays, celebration decor, and seasonal projects. Folks use these for birthday party table arrangements, banner pieces, and tiered tray decor. We've also seen them turn into New Year's Eve photo props, garland elements, and painted door hangers for the holiday season. The solid surface gives you plenty of room to add lettering, glitter, or vinyl. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for your finish. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
