This is an unfinished baltic birch padlock cutout, ready for paint, stain, vinyl lettering, or just leaving it natural. The shape reads clearly at almost any scale — the rounded body and arched shackle void hold their form whether you're working small or large. Folks use these for security-themed signs, escape-room prop decor, and novelty door hangers. We've also seen them turn into love-lock wedding accents, Valentine's Day gift tags, and painted craft-fair pieces. The shackle cutout gives the design character without adding much cutting complexity, so it's a clean paint surface from the start. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
