Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch octagon cutout — a clean eight-sided geometric blank ready for paint, stain, or leaving it natural. The solid face gives you a lot of surface to work with, and the shape reads well at small sizes and large ones alike. Folks use these as sign bases — the octagon silhouette naturally evokes a stop-sign format, so it shows up in directional signs, humor signs, and custom porch displays. We've also seen them turn into tiered tray accents, wreath focal pieces, door hangers, painted wall art, and geometry-themed classroom pieces. Small sizes work as ornaments, scrapbook embellishments, and gift tags; larger ones become statement wall art or interchangeable sign bases. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
