This is an unfinished baltic birch #1 Dad sign cutout — the numeral 1 with '#' and 'DAD' cut right into the shape as negative-space letters. It works as a standalone gift piece, a painted sign accent, or a finished display for a desk, shelf, or wall. Folks use these for Father's Day gifts, dad birthday presents, and themed party decorations. We've also seen them turn into painted door hangers, tiered tray accents for a Father's Day spread, and personalized keepsakes for new dads. The interior letter cutouts give the piece some character — there's real cut work in the bridges holding the letters in place. Made to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, wood-burning, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
