Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch cutout of the island of Maui — the Valley Isle's distinctive two-lobe silhouette, cut clean with the narrow isthmus connecting the West Maui Mountains side to the Haleakala side. It works as a craft base for Hawaii-themed projects of almost any scale. Folks use these for vacation memory displays, travel-themed wall art, and Hawaii state pride decor. We've also seen them turn into tiered tray accents, wreath focal pieces, ornaments, personalized door hangers, and keepsake gifts for anyone with a connection to the island. Makes a natural base for painting, staining, or adding vinyl lettering — a street address, a favorite quote, or just the island name. Made to order in our Minnesota shop and ready for your finish. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
