Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch shako hat cutout — the tall, plumed cap that defines the marching band look. It works as a craft base for band-themed projects of almost any scale. Folks use these for ornaments, wreath accents, and door hangers around band concert season and music events. We've also seen them turn into bulletin board decorations, school spirit displays, locker decorations, and handmade gifts for band directors and graduating seniors. Makes a natural fit for interchangeable sign systems around fall marching season. Cut in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch, made to order and ready for your concepts. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
