This is an unfinished two-piece Maltese back view cutout — the classic 'dog butt' silhouette, laser-cut from cabinet grade baltic birch and ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. The design cuts as two separate pieces: upper body with the signature fluffy head, and lower body with legs. Folks use these for personalized pet gifts, dog-themed signs, wreath accents, and door hangers. We've also seen them painted up as pet portraits, added to tiered tray displays, and used as craft fair booth pieces for Maltese lovers. The split design gives you flexibility — paint the pieces separately for cleaner detail, or assemble them on a backing for a finished display. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop.
