This is an unfinished baltic birch gear cutout — a classic cog silhouette with perimeter teeth and six open spoke cutouts around a center hole. It works as a standalone wall accent, a layering piece in mixed-media projects, or a themed craft base for industrial and steampunk aesthetics. Folks use these for gallery wall arrangements, tiered tray displays, and maker-themed room decor. We've also seen them turn into interchangeable sign components, craft fair booth props, and mixed-media mosaic elements. This one has a lot of cut detail — forty-plus perimeter teeth and seven interior cuts — so it reads especially well at larger sizes where the geometry has room to breathe. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
