This is an unfinished baltic birch Easter egg cutout covered in deep vine filigree scrollwork — a symmetrical pattern of curls and heart shapes that fills the egg from top to bottom. It works as a standalone seasonal piece or as part of a larger Easter or spring display. Folks use these for door hangers, wreath accents, and wall art through the spring season. We've also seen them painted in pastels for Easter basket staging, stained and left natural for a more organic look, or finished with epoxy for a glossy accent piece. The filigree cuts are detailed work — 47 separate pierces and tight scrollwork throughout, so the design reads especially well at larger sizes where the curls have room to breathe. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 4" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
