This is an unfinished baltic birch dog bone cutout, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. The wide, flat surface gives you plenty of room to work — paint a name across it, burn in a message, or use it as a painted accent in a pet-themed display. Folks use these for dog memorial signs, pet name plates, pet lover gift accents, and dog-themed wreath pieces. We've also seen them turn into door hangers, painted party favors, tiered tray accents, and interchangeable sign components for seasonal displays. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.

I painted the bone red and put GEORGIA in black letters with a paw print for the O. This project worked out well. I love how CraftCutConcepts lists their products. When you select a measurement to order, they show which way the measurement is taken and they have a chart showing the height based on the width I was ordering. This is important when trying to fit letters or wood cutouts on another piece. Thank you so much!
