This is an unfinished baltic birch windmill rotor cutout — the spinning wheel portion, with sixteen radiating blades separated by open channels. It works as a standalone decorative piece or as the functional rotor element in a larger windmill craft assembly. Folks use these for farmhouse and barn-themed signs, wreath accents, tiered tray displays, and rustic wall art. We've also seen them turn into interchangeable seasonal sign components and mixed-media craft focal pieces. Lots of fine cuts on this one — sixteen blade channels and a center void make for a busy silhouette that reads crisply at larger sizes. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural.
