This is an unfinished monstera leaf frame, cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch — the open, split-leaf silhouette is ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. The Monstera deliciosa shape is one of the most recognizable tropical forms in home decor and craft work, and the frame-style cut keeps it light and airy at any size. Folks use these for tropical-themed wall art, summer wreath accents, and tiered tray decor. We've also seen them used as door hanger bases, painted as nursery wall pieces, and turned into wreath focal points for beach or luau-themed displays. The open fenestration cuts are part of the character — paint into the gaps or leave the void as part of the design. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop.
