This is an unfinished baltic birch football helmet cutout — the classic side-profile silhouette with a full face mask cage. It works as a craft base for sports-themed projects at almost any scale. Folks use these for game-day decor, sports room wall art, and football-themed party displays. We've also seen them turn into door hangers, wreath accents for the fall football season, tiered tray pieces, and painted signs for the fan in the family. The face cage detail gives it character at larger sizes — the bars and cutouts read cleanly once you get past the 4" or 5" range. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Available 3" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
