This is an unfinished baltic birch clock face blank — a circular disc with 12 Arabic numerals cut through the wood and a center pivot hole sized for standard clock movement shafts. Mount a clock movement on the back, add hands through the center, and you have a working clock face ready for your finish. Folks use these for DIY wall clocks, home decor projects, and housewarming gifts they've finished themselves. We've also seen them turn into classroom time-telling displays, office decor, nursery room accents with painted surrounds, and craft fair pieces finished in chalk paint or stain. The numerals are negative space — they read as open cutouts, which gives the finished piece a clean, modern look whether you paint it, stain it, or leave the birch natural. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 7" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
