This is an unfinished baltic birch barbell cutout — a stepped silhouette of a loaded weightlifting bar, cut clean from a single piece of wood. It works as a craft base for fitness-themed projects at almost any scale. Folks use these for home gym wall art, gym-themed signs, and workout room door hangers. We've also seen them turn into gift tags on fitness gift baskets, tiered tray accents for sports displays, and banner pieces for graduation or game-day parties where fitness is the theme. The stepped plate geometry makes it read clearly as a barbell at sizes from small ornament pieces up through large wall-art statements — and the wide horizontal format is part of its character.
