This is an unfinished baltic birch baby elephant cutout with its trunk raised — a classic good-luck pose that translates well across a wide range of projects. The cartoon style and rounded proportions keep it light and approachable rather than naturalistic, which is part of why it lands so consistently in nursery and baby-shower settings. Folks use these for nursery wall art, baby shower table arrangements, and gender-reveal decorations. The item is exactly what I was looking for and will fit for exactly what I need. However, when I received it, the tail was broken off the elephant. Unfortunately, with the way it was broken, I wasn’t able to repair it seamlessly. You can tell it was broken, despite the paint. I did reach out to the seller about it, but never heard back.
