This is an unfinished baltic birch sun cutout with a solid circular center and wide, flat-tipped rays radiating outward — a bold, graphic take on the classic sun shape. It works as a standalone wall piece, a wreath focal point, or a decorative base for paint and stain projects. Folks use these for summer decor, boho-style wall art, tiered tray accents, and door hangers. We've also seen them painted up for beach house signs, gift-making projects, and spring or summer seasonal displays. The broad ray shapes give it a strong silhouette that reads well at larger sizes. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
