Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch sperm whale cutout — the blunt square head and broad fluked tail make the silhouette read clearly at almost any size. It works well as a craft base for ocean and coastal projects of all kinds. Folks use these for nautical wall art, beach-themed signs, wreath accents, and coastal gallery wall pieces. We've also seen them turn into nursery decor for ocean-themed rooms, tiered tray accents, door hangers, and painted gift pieces. Made to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, or leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 2" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.

    Hello! My Sperm Whale cut outs have arrived today. I love them. You know I do. Upon their trip here tho…I see they have mysteriously multiplied. LOL….Thank you for the extras. I certainly wasn’t expecting that generosity. What a surprise. These are going to be made into earrings, and donated to the Langely Whale Center. on Whindbey Island WA.
