This is an unfinished wood picture frame cutout with a scalloped, lobed border — the kind of decorative silhouette that works across a wide range of craft and display projects. The rectangular opening sits inside a frame bordered by rounded bubble lobes, giving it a soft, ornate character without being fussy. Folks use these as photo frame bases, painted and hung as wall art, or incorporated into nursery and baby shower displays.
