This is an unfinished wood scalloped heart cutout — the classic heart shape with a decorative scalloped edge running the full perimeter. The scalloped border gives it a finished, lace-like character even before any paint touches it, which makes it a natural fit for projects where the silhouette does some of the work.
Folks use these for wreath accents, Valentine's Day signs, door hangers, and wedding table decor. We've also seen them turn into tiered tray pieces, gift tags, nursery wall art, and painted sign blanks with vinyl lettering added on top. The solid surface takes paint beautifully — acrylic, chalk, spray, or a light stain all work well here.
