This is an unfinished baltic birch cutout of the Republic of Congo — the country in west-central Africa, sometimes called Congo-Brazzaville to distinguish it from the Democratic Republic of Congo to its east. It works as a craft base for map-themed projects, geography displays, and country-themed decor at almost any scale. Folks use these for classroom geography displays, travel-themed wall art, and cultural heritage projects. We've also seen them turn into personalized gifts for expats and diaspora communities, geography lesson props, and pieces in mixed-media assemblages. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, or leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
