This is an unfinished heraldic eagle cutout in the spread-wing style found on European coats of arms — wings fanned wide, feather tips splayed, tail detailed with lobed points. It works as a bold graphic shape for wall art, themed decor, and craft projects that call for a powerful bird silhouette.
Folks use these for patriotic wall displays, medieval and Renaissance fair projects, and gaming room or fantasy-themed decor. We've also seen them turn into painted signs, wreath centerpieces, and door hangers for fall and winter seasonal display. The detailed edge profile — lots of feather points and sharp wing tips — gives it character at larger sizes where the fine cuts have room to breathe.
Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Available 2" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
