Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch seagull cutout — a clean silhouette of a bird caught mid-soar, wings swept back and tail fanned. It works as a craft base for coastal and beach-themed projects of almost any scale. Folks use these for coastal wreath accents, beach house wall art, and summer garland strings. We've also seen them turn into door hangers, tiered tray decor, and painted signs for lake houses and vacation cottages. The wide wingspan reads well at larger sizes — it's one of those shapes that fills a wall nicely when scaled up. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 2" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.

    Nice and sturdy while still being small. I wasn’t expecting the hole to be in the head, but in retrospect if I wanted it in a specific place I probably should have mentioned it! Guess there’s a hole in my head too…
