Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch flying owl cutout — a solid silhouette with wings fully spread and the ear tufts of a great horned owl visible at the head. The wide wingspan pose works at almost any scale, from small ornament-sized pieces up to large wall art. Folks use these for Halloween wreaths and door hangers, fall decor projects, and woodland-themed room accents. We've also seen them turn into painted wall art, painted gifts for owl lovers, and nature-themed tiered tray accents. The feathered wing edges give the silhouette a lot of character — it reads well with a simple stain just as well as a detailed painted finish. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 2" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
