This is an unfinished baltic birch fishing fly cutout — the classic artificial lure silhouette, hook and hackle and all. It works as a craft base for fishing-themed projects of almost any kind. Folks use these for cabin and lodge wall displays, fishing-themed signs, and gift projects for the angler in their life. We've also seen them turn into Father's Day keepsakes, wreath accents for a lakeside or outdoorsy theme, and tiered tray accents for a fishing cabin aesthetic. The hackle feather detail and hook curve give it a lot of character at larger sizes — this one rewards a little extra room to breathe. Made to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
