Description

This is an unfinished trotting horse cutout with engraved detail — the flowing mane, tail movement, and muscle lines are cut right into the surface, so you get texture and definition before you've picked up a brush. Paint, stain, or wood-burn over the scoring to bring the detail out; or leave the natural wood grain do the work. Folks use these for equestrian-themed wall art, nursery accents, and western decor signs. We've also seen them turn into wreath focal pieces, door hangers for the horse-lover in the house, and painted gifts for riders and barn owners. Made to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 2" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.

    beautiful piece of work! love it! im using it for a snow sled project and its perfect for what i wanted. not a lot of wood pieces that are looking forward. most are from the side view so this was even more special! love this shop…superfast shipping and great packaging! thank you very much! great owner!
