This is an unfinished baltic birch bull elk head cutout — the classic bugling profile with the head thrown back, rack up, and mane detail along the throat. It works well as a craft base for hunting-themed projects at almost any scale. Folks use these for lodge and cabin wall art, rustic sign accents, and hunting camp decor. We've also seen them turn into door hangers, fall wreath accents, wildlife gallery wall pieces, and painted signs for hunting rooms or man caves. The mane detail along the jaw adds character at larger sizes where the fine cuts have room to breathe. Made to order in our Minnesota shop and shipped ready for paint, stain, or wood-burning. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 3" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.

I’m excited to paint this and gift it to my dad. He is very hard to shop for but this caught my eye and I really think he will enjoy it. The quality is really nice. The thickness makes it feel sturdy and the edges are smooth and clean.
