This is an unfinished baltic birch elf figure with a rectangular sign panel built right into the body — the kind of shape that does two jobs at once. The curling pointed hat and curled elf-shoe toes give it clear seasonal character; the wide flat torso panel gives you a surface to paint a name, a greeting, or a short message. Folks use these for Christmas door hangers, holiday welcome signs, interchangeable porch sign pieces, and wreath accents where they want something with a little more personality than a flat plaque. We've also seen them turn into gift tags at larger sizes, craft fair booth accent pieces, and tiered tray holiday decor. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, vinyl lettering, or leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch.
