This is an unfinished baltic birch dill herb marker — the kind you push into a garden bed, a planter box, or a pot of fresh herbs on the kitchen windowsill. The top half shows the dill plant's umbrella-shaped seed head, engraved with fine stem and floret detail. The word DILL is cut through in negative space just below, then a pointed stake extends down for pressing into soil. Folks use these to label kitchen herb gardens and raised beds, and we've seen them turn into gift-ready bundles paired with seed packets. They also work as botanical display pieces — painted and placed in a small pot of sand for a farmer's market booth or a kitchen shelf arrangement. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch, sanded and ready to finish. Available 7" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
