Description

This is an unfinished baltic birch mermaid tail cutout — the curved, flowing silhouette of a mermaid's lower body, tail sweeping to one side with a split fin at the end. It works as a craft base for painted signs, wall art, and nautical-themed decor projects of almost any scale. Folks use these for beach and ocean-themed wall art, mermaid-themed party decor, summer wreaths and door hangers, and nursery wall arrangements. We've also seen them turn into painted tiered tray accents, interchangeable seasonal sign pieces, and gift-making projects for ocean lovers. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop, ready for paint, stain, wood-burning, or just leaving it natural. Cut from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 1" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
