This is an unfinished baltic birch Afghan Hound silhouette cut from the back — the flowing coat shape and rear stance, rendered as two separate pieces. The split lets each component lay flat for painting and assembly without one piece shadowing the other. Folks use these for dog breed wall art, pet memorial keepsakes, and door hangers painted in the coloring of their own dog. We've also seen them work well for wreath accents and tiered tray decor, and they're a natural fit for breed-specific gift-making. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch — made for your finish, whether that's paint, stain, or wood-burning.
