This is an unfinished 8-point star cutout, ready for paint, stain, or whatever finish fits your project. The eight-pointed form gives it a different character than a classic five-point star — it reads as a compass rose, a celestial burst, a holiday accent, or just a bold geometric shape depending on how you use it. Folks reach for these as wreath accents, wall art pieces, and Christmas tree toppers. We've also seen them turn into patriotic flag accents, tiered tray stars, garland elements, and painted signs. The shape scales cleanly from small ornament sizes up to large statement pieces. Cut to order in our Minnesota shop from 1/8" cabinet grade baltic birch. Available 2" and up — or customize sizes or pick from available modifications in our Concept Studio. Most simple modifications are at no additional cost.
